These terms cover your use of wolfecore.com and anything you buy here. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. “Wolfe Core,” “we” and “us” mean the business that operates wolfecore.com, based in Jupiter, Florida.
What you’re buying
Wolfe Core sells digital educational products: video courses, downloadable guides, templates and AI instruction files. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a personal, non-transferable license to use the material in your own real estate business. There are no subscriptions.
What you can and can’t do with it
- You can use the material for yourself and adapt templates for your own business.
- You can’t resell, share logins, post the files publicly, or repackage the content as your own product.
- Teams that want to share a product across several agents should email us for a team license.
Educational content, not professional advice
Our products describe how the Wolfe Team runs its business. They are not legal, tax, financial, brokerage or compliance advice. You are responsible for following the laws, MLS rules, brokerage policies and fair housing requirements that apply to you, and for reviewing anything an AI tool drafts before you use it. Results vary and depend on your market, experience and effort. We make no promise about income or results.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. See our refund policy.
Accounts and access
Course access is tied to the email you purchase with. Keep access to that email. We may suspend access for chargebacks, sharing or misuse.
Third-party tools
Some products work with tools we don’t control, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business Profile and Canva. Their features, prices and terms can change, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Our content
All site and product content belongs to Wolfe Core and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Limits of liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
